About Us
The KTR project is a universal methodological and computational framework developed by independent researcher Roman Burtsev in the United Arab Emirates (held under GNM System Holding).
The method addresses the fundamental problem of exponential digital data growth: instead of handling raw data volume, the KTR system stores, transmits, and computes the short rule that generates it. Beyond radical data compression (up to 25,000-fold), the project introduces the Qutrit Map Solution (QMS) computational algorithm, designed to bypass the "quantum memory wall," and establishes a new limit of quantum reality—QULM (-1.52).
The foundation of KTR is strict scientific transparency: all mathematically proven results ("KTR-STONEs") are accompanied by open, reproducible Python scripts and are fully verified through the Open Science Framework (OSF) platform.
